Providing compassionate support services for individuals and families in need.
You’ve already taken the first step by being here.
Reaching out for therapy can feel uncomfortable or uncertain, and you don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. My goal is to make starting therapy feel as simple and low-pressure as possible.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can briefly connect, talk about what’s bringing you here, and see if working together feels like a good fit. There’s no commitment and no pressure — this is simply a chance to ask questions and get a sense of how I work.
If you decide you’d like to begin therapy, sessions are offered virtually, which allows you to meet with me from anywhere within Connecticut — whether you’re at home, at work, in your backyard on a hammock, or wherever feels most comfortable.
I accept all major insurance plans as well as self-pay. I use a third-party billing company or IvyPay, a HIPAA protected payment method.
Sessions are typically around 45-55 minutes, but can be adjusted based on your needs.
This is a solo private practice, which means you’ll be communicating directly with me — not a front desk or receptionist. If texting feels more comfortable than email to start, you’re welcome to reach out that way.
Feel free to contact me anytime with questions or to get started. You don’t need the “right” words — just a willingness to take the next step.
